What Shipping Protection covers

When you add Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered for the full value against:

• Loss in transit
• Theft from your doorstep (within 7 days of confirmed delivery)
• Damage during transit

How it works

If something goes wrong, email support@buymybricks.com within 14 days of your tracked delivery date. We will reship the set, subject to stock, or refund you in full within 5 working days.

What is not covered

• Damage caused after delivery
• Refusal of delivery by the customer
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Wear or damage to retail packaging where the LEGO set inside is intact and sealed
