Returns & Refund Policy

BuyMyBricks offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all orders. This policy applies to all products purchased through buymybricks.com.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@buymybricks.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return (we cover the postage) and offer either a full refund or a replacement, subject to availability. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

  • The LEGO set must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered — factory sealed, with all original packaging and seals fully intact.
  • Sets that have been opened, had seals broken or tampered with, or show signs of damage not present at the time of delivery cannot be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend double-boxing high-value sets.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 working days to your original payment method. If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return or apply a restocking deduction of up to 15% to cover loss in value.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@buymybricks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return and provide our return address.
  3. Post the item back using a tracked and insured service.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Digital gift cards
  • Items not purchased from buymybricks.com
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5 working days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@buymybricks.com and we will investigate.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
