I understand that trade orders are paid in full by bank transfer before dispatch or collection, that there is no credit, and that bulk orders are not returnable for change of mind. Full terms are sent with account confirmation.

Common questions

Before you apply

Do I need to be VAT registered?

No. We ask about your scheme because it changes which stock is worth sending you. Standard-rated stock carries a VAT invoice you can reclaim against; margin-scheme stock does not, whatever your own VAT status. Telling us straight gets you a better match.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. Tell us roughly what you would look to spend and we judge each account on its own.

How often will I hear from you?

Twice a month, with a price sheet. Some lines are only ones and twos, so it is worth moving quickly on anything you want.

Do bigger accounts see more?

Yes. What you see on a sheet is scaled to your order size, so be honest about what you are looking to spend and we will match it.

How do I pay?

In full, by bank transfer, before anything ships or is collected. Nothing goes out on credit.

Do you deliver?

Collection is free, or we post it to you and quote the postage alongside the order.

What if I never buy anything?

That is fine. There is no obligation attached to holding an account.
