These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchases you make through it. This website is operated by Peter James Trading Ltd (trading as BuyMyBricks), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15028631) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Customer / you / your: any person using this website or purchasing goods from us.
Goods / Products: LEGO sets and associated items offered for sale on our website.
Order: a purchase placed by you through the website.
Working day: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

2. Use of the Website

You confirm you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You must not misuse this website (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or interfering with site security).

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability issues).
Prices displayed are in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken at the time of order (including where you choose a Buy Now Pay Later option offered by a payment provider).
You authorise us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount due.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.
Dispatch times and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (when you or a person at your delivery address takes physical possession).
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Product Information

We aim to ensure product information (including descriptions, images and pricing) is accurate and up to date.
Images are for illustration purposes and packaging may vary slightly between production batches.
Where an obvious error is identified (for example, a pricing mistake), we reserve the right to correct it and cancel/refund the affected order where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All website content (including text, design, logos and imagery) is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. BuyMyBricks is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or for any matter where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for losses that are not foreseeable or for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of this website or purchase of goods.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to such processing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
