Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Standard orders: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of placement.
Sourced & specialist orders: Some retired LEGO sets are sourced through our network of verified UK suppliers. These orders may take 3–7 working days for dispatch. Where this applies, it will be indicated on the product page before purchase.

High-season periods (e.g. November–December) may occasionally extend processing times. If there is any delay beyond the estimated dispatch window, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). All orders are sent via tracked courier services.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free tracked UK shipping on orders over £85. Promotional thresholds may apply during sales events.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Standard UK delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Islands: May take 1–2 additional working days

These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking & Updates

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with full tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. You can monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier using the tracking link provided.

6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

All orders are fully insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been mishandled, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately at support@buymybricks.com with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will file a carrier claim and arrange either a replacement or full refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Remote areas may incur additional delivery time. Heavy or oversized sets may have specific shipping requirements. Any restrictions or additional costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
