How we inspect every set

Every set goes through a double inspection before it reaches you, once when it arrives at our Yorkshire warehouse and again before it is dispatched:

• Factory seals checked on every flap, with no re-taping or replacement seals
• Box condition graded honestly (minor shelf wear is normal on retired sets and we say so)
• Set number verified against the LEGO database
• Photographed on arrival and again before dispatch

If a box fails any of this, it does not get listed. If one ever turns up in a state we did not describe, it comes back on us and we refund it.
