Returns & Refunds Policy — BuyMyBricks.com

1. Your legal rights (UK consumers)

  • Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations + Consumer Rights Act 2015), you typically have the right to cancel an order within 14 calendar days after receiving goods.

  • After notifying us, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

  • For goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or not of satisfactory quality, you have up to 30 days from receipt to reject and claim a refund.

  • These statutory rights cannot be overridden by this policy — they are your legal protections.

2. BuyMyBricks’ return policy (in addition to your legal rights)

  • We accept returns for unopened, sealed LEGO sets that remain in their original condition.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of payment that you wish to return.

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, sealed, and resaleable.

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal is not eligible for return under this store policy (unless faulty).

  • For faulty or incorrect items, contact us immediately (within 30 days of delivery), with photos, and we will arrange return shipping.

3. Return instructions

  1. Email us at support@buymybricks.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unopened seal.

  2. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the item.

  3. Please package the item carefully to avoid damage in transit (we recommend using tracked shipping).

  4. We will inspect the returned item. If it meets return standards, we’ll approve your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return).

  • If the return is due to “change of mind” (non-faulty), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part, we will reimburse you for the return shipping.

5. Exceptions & disclaimers

  • Opened or used items: not eligible for return under store policy, unless faulty.

  • This policy is in addition to, not a replacement for, your legal rights.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t comply with the terms above.
