Retired LEGO Technic Sets from a UK specialist
BuyMyBricks is a UK specialist in retired, factory-sealed LEGO Technic sets. Technic sets retire faster than almost any other LEGO theme, and the big builds are usually out of the shops within a couple of years. Every set here is genuine and factory sealed, or your money back.
What makes our retired LEGO Technic different
- Genuine and factory sealed on every set in this collection, or your money back
- Sourced through verified UK trade channels, never anonymous resellers
- Honest box-condition reporting: we grade shelf wear rather than hide it
- Free UK tracked delivery on orders over £85, extra protective packaging on big Technic boxes
- 30-day returns with full refund on any set that arrives not as described
Most collected retired Technic sets on BMB
The Land Rover Defender 42110, Lamborghini Sián 42115, Liebherr Crawler Crane 42146 and Ferrari 488 are all retired, and we list them whenever we have sealed stock. Browse what is in stock below.
Delivery, returns and guarantee
Free tracked UK delivery on orders over £85. We ship with Royal Mail, UPS, and DPD depending on set size. Larger Technic sets get extra protective packaging, because on a retired set the box matters as much as the bricks. 30-day returns, full refund, no questions asked. If a box arrives in a state that is not what we described, it comes back on us.
Frequently asked questions
Which retired LEGO Technic set is the best buy right now?
The Land Rover Defender 42110 is the most-bought retired Technic set on BuyMyBricks. It retired in 2022 and LEGO have not made it since. The build is widely considered one of the best Technic sets ever released.
Are your retired Technic sets really sealed?
Yes. Every Technic set we list is sold genuine and factory sealed, with the set number checked against the box. If a box fails any of these checks it is not listed. If one arrives at your door not as described, we refund in full.
Do you have the Liebherr Technic sets (42100 / 42146)?
We stock both intermittently: the Liebherr R 9800 Excavator (42100) and Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000 (42146) are available when in stock. Both sets are retired and LEGO have not made either since.
How long does UK delivery take on a retired Technic set?
Sets we hold are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive within 2 to 3 business days, and a set we bring in for you takes 3 to 7 working days using tracked Royal Mail, UPS, or DPD. Larger sets go with UPS or DPD because the boxes need more care in transit.
Can I return a retired Technic set if I change my mind?
30-day returns on every order, full refund. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage. For faulty or misdescribed sets we cover return postage.
